Day 2 in Tokyo blended tradition, sweets, and neon magic. We began with pancakes at Benitsuru, then explored Asakusa Shrine and Senso-ji’s lantern-lined streets. Matcha breaks and sweet potato Mont Blanc at Imo Pippi fueled us before unagi lunch at Unatoto. The evening unfolded with playful stops at Character Street, dazzling art at TeamLab Borderless, Tokyo Tower’s glow, and cocktails at Bar Centifolia, Tokyo’s contrasts shining at every turn.

Our Tokyo journey began at Haneda Airport, where the Travel Japan Web app made entry smooth with a simple QR scan. After checking into Hotel Gracery Shinjuku, greeted by the iconic Godzilla statue, we fueled up at Ichiran Ramen before strolling the peaceful Meiji Jingu Shrine. Dinner at Menchirashi’s viral Carbonara Udon was unforgettable, and the day ended under neon lights at Shibuya Scramble and dazzling city views from Shibuya Sky.

Day 2 in Seoul was all about contrasts, starting with a walk up Namsan Mountain to the N Seoul Tower for sweeping city views, then a cozy brunch at Rain Report Café. We explored the trendy streets of Seongsu, shopped unique boutiques, and indulged at Nudake before heading south to the stunning Starfield Library, the playful Gangnam Style statue, and the peaceful Bongeunsa Temple. The day ended with an artful visit to the Gentle Monster flagship store.
